Yeah, I get those ghost images too on my PVR 150 PAL (non MCE). Reloading the modules once or twice usually fixes this, which is a bit odd. The upside is, that the ivtv runs rock stable, unlike the Windows driver, which tends to freak out after 45 minutes...
