Try unloading saa7115 and loading cx25840 manually.
There were a bunch of settings in the '/etc/mythtv/modules/ivtv' which was probably causing the conflict. I have commented most of those settings out and the log looks a little better now
but I don't think the tuner is getting set.

I had previously used tuner=44 cardtype=2 with the 0.2 ivtv driver with some success, but if I try to set tuner=44 with 0.3.6y I get a screen full of green when trying to record the mpeg stream
or watch live TV.  I am using the firmware from the OEM's CD.

How do I determine the exact ivtv options and tuner value to use so I can set
this when the modules load?
