This updates the driver with all the latest patches for the most part
(please remake and conglomerate all patches against this version as one
patch per person, separate attachments, for any I missed). It includes
Hans VBI fixes and other fixes, also Brians volume control patch I
think, although part of another patch didn't apply which had to do with
volume stuff.
