Can't say it will work; I took the safe road and opted for 2 150's in
stead of 1 500.

The 350 doesn't need the audio firmware, only the 150/500's. Just make
sure all the firmwares are in /lib/modules (enc, dec and audio) and
the driver will take whatever it needs.
