First of all many thanks to Christophe Massiot who supplied me with a PVR-500 
to implement radio support. Thank you!

Attached is a patch against 0.3.7c that adds radio support to the PVR-500. It 
also updates the tuner list to the latest and greatest v4l source.

It is a relative large patch, mostly because it also indents ivtv-cards.c 
properly.

It turns out that the two tuners you see on the PVR-500 are for TV only. 
Hidden behind all the casing is a TEA5767 radio tuner which is connected to 
the first of the two PVR150s only. So the first has radio, the second 
doesn't.

I think it also works for NTSC. If not, then let me know (include the dmesg 
output).
