ivtvctl -b cc -x 1
Choose a channel (WITH CC data, of course :-)
cat /dev/video0 >test.mpg

For 1-2 minutes? Lets say upto 100 MB, whichever is first.

I realize that I was not very clear in my email: I need to download it from 
somewhere as I don't have a ftp site or something like that where you can 
upload. If you don't have the facility to put it somewhere where I can 
download from, then I hope someone else does.
