#1: Horizontal white lines appear in captures MPEG when reading sliced VBI

These white lines only appear when an actual capture of the VBI stream is
operational. When only MPEG is captured nothing happens, even though the
cx25840 registers are unchanged. This indicates that the problem is
situated in the ivtv driver.
