Frye? Frye? Always great to see another FBDO fan ...

Have you tried using ProjectX (a rather useful Java app). I swear by
it to fix files and not introduce audio lag, but, YMMV.

Don't be put off by the German, the program has an English interface
and works very well on my DVB and PVR-350 sourced MPEG2 files.
