I just saw that Linus has commited a large V4L update to the kernel git
tree [1]. So how much remains of the merging effort? For instance, is
the in-tree tveeprom and msp3400 modules safe to use now (or when the
next -rc kernel is released which contains these patches rather).
Also, is there an ETA on when the "clean-up-for-kernel-inclusion" branch
is to be opened in SVN. I'd be interested in starting work on some
cleanup patches.
