Anyone with this problem please make sure you are using the newer
version of the HcwMakoA.ROM file (14264 bytes long, see
www.ivtvdriver.org, firmware link, for more info where to get it). Also
use 0.4.0.
If that doesn't help then please mail the tveeprom output of the card
that has the problem.
E.g.:
tveeprom: ivtv version
