^^^^^^^^^^ remove these ivtv options

> options saa7127 enable_output=1 output_select=0
^^^^^^^^ remove these saa7127 options
> options msp3400 simple=1
^^^^^^^^ remove these msp3400 options
Then try again to load the driver. The ivtv and msp3400 option are not
needed, the saa7127 are not needed and in fact no longer exist, which is
also the cause of the load failure.
