A problem described in trac's bug #58 still persists after upgrade to
0.4.2. The symptoms are exactly the same: sound is missing on some
channels (maybe for 15% of all 50+ channels available), the `ivtvctl -Y`
shows, that Mute=1 and typing `ivtvctl -y mute=0` works, but changes
nothing. After random 1-30 minutes sound is usually automatically unmuted
(but not always).

I live in PAL zone, tuner type is 38, the firmware is the newest one
recommended by wiki.
