ivtv0: Failed to load module tveeprom

With 2.6.15, you should be using tveeprom and tuner from your kernel.  If you have alias lines in your modprobe.conf, remove them.  If you've renamed or removed the kernel versions of tveeprom or tuner, you'll need to put them back the way they were.
