Nope. It sounds like an over/underscan problem. There are three places to play. If you have an nvidia card with the nvidia drivers, there's a nice graphical utility where you can adjust the overscan and position of the video output on the screen. Inside MythTV there are two places as Scott pointed out. You can change the GUI size and position (which effect everything).
