Hi Aurangzeb, I recommend upgrading to the latest source from subversion, which can be downloaded here:
http://ivtvdriver.org/viewcvs/ivtv/branches/0.4.tar.gz?view=tar It fixes a nasty bug in the initialization of the saa7129 chip responsible for TV-out. There is a possibility that this is not the reason for your problems, but it is certainly the first thing to try.
