I have the same problem. Without the patch my first tuner has a very good picture and my second tuner reminds me of when the rabbit ears were not properly adjusted. With the patch both tuners have the same picture but both are distorted and this effect changes depending on the channel. It could possibly be that my signal is too strong as my cable modem ( on the same splitter 6 feet away) has a +9db signal which i am told should idealy be 0db.
