This is not a PVR-150 but a HVR-1600. The HVR-1600 comes with an unsupported chip (CX23418). Check the card it should state somewhere it is a HVR-1600. Haupauge has shipped PVR-150 boxes with HVR-1600's in them. It was because they had shortages on the PVR-150 and thought to solve it by shipping more expensive cards. Most user will find this a satisfactory solution but linux users will not because it is not supported.
