I'm having some quality issues with my PVR-150. The driver loads and
I can use the card. The problem I'm having is that the picture will
flicker with parts of previous frames still hanging around. Sometimes
it's part of the lower half of the picture flickering in the top.
This problem only started after I upgraded to Ubuntu Feisty. When I
was using Ubuntu Edgy things worked perfectly fine. I've tried the
drivers supplied with the distro (0.9) and the latest from the ivtv
site (0.10.1), both with the same result.

Any suggestions?
Thanks,
robert
