Several threads in the archives about this issue. You need to get the upgraded xdriver and built/install it, edit your xorg.conf to reflect ivtv not ivtvdev and of course you will also need to build mythtv yourself, not from the rpms.
Usually that last one is enough is the hard part. :) If you dont build myth yourself you will get your X interface to work, but myth cant play videos. I have saw several threads about using xv in place of the decoder on the PVR but I dont have a clue how to do that. There is a patch to allow myth to use the new API that goes along with ivtv, but I dont believe its made its way into the myth rpms. Right now its a waiting game.
