bttv isn't required for ivtv, if you don't have any other tv cards
remove all bttv references.

Where did you get tuner=50? Do you know you have a type 50 tuner?

This is a problem, it's not detecting the tuner correctly.

Have you removed/renamed the existing kernel modules (tuner.ko,
tveeprom.ko, etc) that come standard with the kernel?

Have you tried any later versions of the ivtv driver? Support for some
tuners was added a while back, probably after 0.3.2, plus a number of
other fixes.
