Indeed, this would be a nice resolver. I guess we could also add some load balancing features to it. Yes, and this makes me think that we could improve Ivy artifacts downloading performances by parallelizing it: download each artifact in a separate thread, or use a thread pool or something like that to improve throughput. This could greatly improve perf when using several repositories with heterogeneous performance. I will add a JIRA entry for it too. - Xavier I will add a jira entry for it.
