Xavier wants one of us to sign the distribution files, I don't think
this is necessary since this is only an alpha and Xavier should have
enough signatures on his own key after ApacheCon.  Still, I'm willing
to sign the release files.

Ivy should probably contain KEYS file, though.  The key I'd use is
<http://stefan.samaflost.de/pub.asc>.

Before we proceed the ARAT issues should be fixed IMHO.  Without that
we probably wouldn't get through the IPMC vote.  My suggestion here is
(see other thread) to add the license header to all stylesheets and
remove the coverage and test reports as well as the test data from the
distribution files.

Running ARAT basically means building it from source by checking it
out from Google <http://code.google.com/p/arat/source> build it (Ant
1.6+) and run it on the extracted archive.

My late lunch break is over which means I'm going to be offline again
pretty soon 8-)
