He is actively involved in many discussions, both on the user and development mailing list, providing help to other users, feedback on his experience using Ivy, and opinion on Ivy development. He is also reporting and organizing issues [8], and is always fair when giving his opinion, without being too shy. So I think he would make a good addition to our developer team, hence this is a vote to make him an Ivy committer [9]. Even though only votes cast by PPMC members are binding [10], all votes are welcome and important to us.
