I think the NOTICE file is used for releases only, and should thus reflect
what we distribute in our releases. Since we do not distribute jdom, jsch
and junit in our releases (so far at least), I think the NOTICE is ok. OTOH,
after the 2.0-alpha-1 release we discussed the packaging, but I don't
remember the conclusion. If we plan to provide a release with third party
dependencies, we should update the NOTICE (when we'll modify our release
script).
