Thanks Jan, unfortunately attachments have been stripped.

For Firefox, have you made a refresh of the page? I had a similar issue (no
dynamic menu) which was solved by a refresh.
For IE, the background is due to improper handling of PNG transparency.
Can't do much for that, except maybe use a script.
