My fault, instead of sending to all the lists in the to:, I used the bcc: It
seems it was not a very good idea, sorry about that :-( The mail has been
sent to ivy-dev, ivy-user, [EMAIL PROTECTED], [EMAIL PROTECTED] and
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
