I used the latest site that was given in the instructions, www.apache.org/dist/ant/ivyde/updatesite/
I'm hestitant to completely uninstall anything because if the lastest IvyDE still doesn't work, then I'll have lost my current installation (alpha1) that isn't giving me any problems. Or http://ant.apache.org/ivy/ivyde/updatesite? Seems like there are some issues with your installation. I will suggest removing the installation from Help->Software Updates-> Installed Software and try reinstalling IVYDE with http://www.apache.org/dist/ant/ivyde/updatesite/ If that does not fix it: You can reinstall your eclipse or you can try following the steps described into http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/ant-ivy-user/200812.mbox/%[email protected]%3e to clean up your installation.
