I found out today I have to use
<delete dir="${env.HOMEPATH}/.ivy2"></delete>
Instead otherwise the build does not fail when the clean ivy directory
fails which was very confusing as to why I had stuff out of date after a
clean. To bad there is not an attribute to tell cleancache to fail when
it fails. FYI for someone else that runs into ivy:cleancache not
working.
