Yes here is the <dependency> element in my ivy.xml file for the Apache
Commons CLI module:
<dependencies>
<dependency org="apache" name="commons-cli" rev="1.2"
conf="compile->default"/>
</dependencies>
I very well may have not set this up right...does anything glare out at you?
