ivy+svn has not been maintained for a while, and Ivy 2.x introduce several
API change that makes the plugin incompatible. Upgrading the plugin to the
new API shouldn't be too hard though, it may only require a couple of
package names change. I encourage you to checkout the sources of ivy+svn and
try to compile it against Ivy trunk, and see if you manage to get it work
(maybe an organize import will be enough).

BTW, for svn integration, depending on your requirements and svn setup, an
http or vfs webdav resolver may be enough.
