Fix Version/s: 2.10.0
I've changed the side-bar so that the "Download" link points to the Xerces TLP
download page [1]. For the source and binary distributions only links to the
mirrors are provided so I think that addresses your concern.
This will be updated on the web once Xerces-J 2.10.0 is released.
