Hi Mukul, This may be okay (my intuition is that it is in 2010), but like any other proposed JDK upgrade we should be asking the users for their opinion since this would impact them. Note that at some point in the future when the XML Schema 1.1 implementation is stable it's going to get merged on to the trunk so any higher JDK requirements it has are going to get pulled along for the ride on the main line.
