I think it'll be useful if we implement the attributes vc:typeAvailable,
vc:typeUnavailable, vc:facetAvailable & vc:facetUnavailable from schema
versioning namespace (http://www.w3.org/2007/XMLSchema-versioning). This is
presently not implement in Xerces-J XML Schema 1.1 processor.
I've written an implementation for this, and will shortly be committing code
for this functionality in schema-dev branch.
