I thought it's good to create a JIRA issue for these changes for tracking
purpose.
We've made few functional improvements to schema 1.1 inheritable attributes
processing. A new PSVI accessor method is implemented after 2.11.0 release in
ElementPSVI for "inherited attributes" (getInheritedAttributes()).
As a consequence of this change, type alternative implementation was changed a
bit when there are inheritable attributes, specifically the following changes:
1. Using a new data structure for inheritable attributes while processing Type
Alternatives.
2. Few improvements to error messages during Type Alternative evaluations.
