@Mukul, I'm not using Maven, I'm using Ivy. But also there this "multi-tiered
model" can be used or manually downloaded JARs or whatever. But that is not the
point. The sense of such dependency resolving and downloading tools is that the
versions are available in a central repository where all users benefit from and
one can also define a dependency on the most recent version and on resolving
the latest version is automatically taken without the need to manually check if
something newer is available etc..
This is about convenience and easy reusability of the components.
