changed schema 1.1 implementation to add in-scope instance document namespaces
to CTA XDM trees. fixing minor bugs in XPath 2.0 "resolve-QName" function and
xs:QName type implementation (particularly equality tests for xs:QName values),
in PsychoPath XPath engine implementation (committed a new PsychoPath engine
jar with these improvements). a corresponding Eclipse bugzilla issue was
raised, for PsychoPath engine component (ref,
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=360306).
