adding few more files (XSL as well an additional java file) for the Xerces wiki
XSD 1.1 test suite report generation utility. These additional source code
files were written to produce wiki XSD 1.1 test suite results for Oracle, MS,
Sun and WG tests (since XSD 1.1 tests from these vendors have a meta data which
couldn't be handled properly by the earlier code of this utility).
I may later try to re-factor the whole set of source code, available in this
jira issue.
