Took a quick glance at the code. I don't think you need to make a change to
startElement at all. I think that all that you have to do is propagate the
startDocument event all the way to XMLAssertPsychopathXPath2Impl and set
fAssertDocument = new PSVIDocumentImpl() at that point. You might want to
reinitialize other variables as well.
