Mukul, as a member of the JSR 206 expert group which developed the JAXP 1.4
spec I can assure you that Validators are intended for reuse and is the best
practice we recommend for users.
We have a memory leak. We need to fix it. If you're not sure how to approach
it, I can take an initial stab at a fix.
