Resolution: Implemented
I understand someone in the community uploaded the files to the repository so
would seem that this task is done. A reminder to all that this isn't part of
our release process. We do not build or release Maven artifacts so would expect
similar volunteers with an interest in Maven to do these uploads again for
future Xerces releases.
