I attached the modified versions of two Xerces classes as an attempt to add
support for these xi:include 1.1 features:

https://www.w3.org/TR/2012/WD-xinclude-11-20121009/#xpointer-and-fragid
In the modified classes I marked with the "PATCH:" comment my changes.
