I agree with Chris. The issues discussed in this bug report, are similar to
XERCESJ-1276. Another minor point: there's a XML file within the zip attachment
provided by Yitzhak as part of this bug report, that required me to use the
utility zpaq.exe (on windows) to unzip and view.
