I've spent some time this afternoon fixing a bunch of Javadoc problems. There's
a PR here: [https://github.com/apache/xerces-j/pull/28]
I don't mind doing some more work on this but will wait to see what comes of
this one first as most pull requests on the xerces repo don't seem to be
progressing.
