As of now, XSD 1.1 distirbutions are available via
[https://xerces.apache.org/mirrors.cgi#binary,] but not via maven. Thus, it is
not possible to use XSD 1.1 validations when relying on maven distributions.
It would be nice to have the XSD 1.1 distributions available via maven.
