These error messages contain double spaces, instead of a single space.
OpenQuoteExpected = Open quote is expected for attribute \"\{1}\" associated
with an element type \"\{0}\".
MSG_CONTENT_INVALID_SPECIFIED = The content of element type \"\{0}\" must match
\"\{1}\". Children of type \"\{2}\" are not allowed.
