Hi, I have recently been tasked with writing a new module for the project on which I work. Our intent is to use an implementation of TRAX (JSR 173) for all of the XML processing (read only). When last I subscribed to this list, over two years ago, I thought that I recalled that the xerces-j team was just starting to implement the TRAX specification. Having just searced the list arcives though I get the impression that the work was never done. Is that right? Does xerces-j v2 not include TRAX?
It seems that it is not bundled by sun until java 1.6. I realize that this next is not a xerces specific qeustion, but figure that people on the list might be knowledgable. Does anyone know of a TRAX implementation (xerces or otherwise) which meets these criteria: (1) Licensed such that it can be freely used in commercial software for no charge and without any restriction. (2) Run in jdk 1.4. Thanks in advance to anyone who can point me in the right direction. -exits __________________________________________________ Correo Yahoo!
