SAS Developer Cynic, Ohio 6+ Months Has the ability to write/modify complex programs that include data access and manipulation. Works well within a team environment • Is reliable, dependable, and trustworthy · Must be Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Tools · Ability to communicate results and methodology with the project team · Proven capability of developing sophisticated SAS macro applications Ability to meet deadlines and thrive in a consulting environment · Expert level SAS programming skills to meet the challenges of advanced data manipulation, complicated programming logic, working with large data volumes · Experience creating a wide variety of output, reports and delivery files · Strong analytic and problem solving skills Must be capable of working with the business stakeholders in a collaborative fashion to understand and refine their business requirements and deliver reporting based on this partnership. Highly Desirable Skills and Experience • Experience with SAS Macros • Experience with data cleaning, editing and employing quality/accuracy measures • Experience using ODS, DDE, and other methods to deliver output in Excel Qualifications: • Minimum five years or equivalent experience of *SAS programming using SAS/BASE, SAS/MACRO, SAS/SQL, SAS/STAT*, and SAS/GRAPH in a data intense environment. • Running on Windows O/S • Experience: Three years in Financial Services using quantitative skills, retail banking experience preferred. • Education: Bachelors Degree • Ability to organize data into analysis and distribute tasks using statistical tools and concepts • Experience with SQL, mastery in SAS or similar data manipulation and program languages.
