Position: Content Tech Lead Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: Long Term *Rate: Open* *Local consultants are given priority:* The Content Technical Lead is responsible for the technical delivery and ongoing maintenance of the Content Management solution for the Audit Transformation program. The Content Technical Lead coordinates and manages a team of development resources to enforce process and review output of developers to ensure predictability and quality of deliverables. The Content Technical Lead will have full responsibility for all development activity, and will work closely with 3rd party vendors to implement and deliver the Content product roadmap. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: To qualify, candidates must have: • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience • Strong Java web development skillset o 8+ years of development experience with large scale web development o 6+ years of Java/J2EE experience o 6+ years of SQL Server and Oracle experience o 6+ years of Web Service (SOAP, RESTful) experience • 4+ years of experience implementing leveraging commercial software packages (Ovitas, Adobe, EMC, OpenText, etc.) • Experience and ability to lead and task manage software engineers and provide appropriate level of guidance and oversight to ensure delivery of engineering deliverables. • Experience design and implementing technical solutions based on functional and business requirements • Ability to understand, debug and optimize large and complex code bases • Project Management skills and knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and frameworks such as SCRUM. • Familiar with Team Foundation Server.
