jabberd2 beta release

The upcoming jabberd2 release brings _many_ changes in the way jabberd internals work. Thus I released a Beta 2.2.8.90 for the adventurous ones, that would like to try it.
It's available at the usual place: http://codex.xiaoka.com/pub/jabberd2/releases/jabberd-2.2.8.90.tar.bz2
