Hi, sorry for the late reply. These properties seem to work fine when I test them. However, it could be that you have misunderstood their function - they only affect the citation markers that are put into the text where you cite an entry (and are thus only relevant if author-year style is used, not if number citations is used). They have no effect on the formatting of the reference list, which is defined in the LAYOUT section. Could this be the source of your problem?
